"The customer service at this State Farm agency has been truly phenomenal. I really appreciate that whenever I have had any issues or questions, I have been able to call them and speak with a real human immediately! No need to navigate through computer prompts or work with any robots! Something truly rare in today's age! I also appreciate that when I call, I am able to work with the same employees who are familiar with my situation and follow up on my cases.
